Lecture
Toshiaki Tomita received his BA [1994] and MFA [1996] from Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music. Tomita explores the intersection of art and life through narration, story telling, and socially engaged artwork. He works across media in performance, installation, photography, video, drawing and painting. Tomita has exhibited internationally in Japan, Denmark, China, Korea, as well as conducted workshops with communities in Japan, Denmark, and Norway.
